Mark Treasure joined Hillcrest in June 2022, with almost 10 years’ experience in the property management industry. Mark obtained his Masters degree in Real Estate Management in 2013 and has worked as a Senior Property Manager and Head of Property Management.

Mark has previously managed a wide variety of property and estates, covering from 3 units to 250+ unit leasehold properties and large scale 1000+ unit mixed use housing estates. Mark has worked with property with cladding and fire safety issues, achieving funding through the Building Safety Fund and saved Leaseholders over £30,000 on fees.

Mark has lived in Bristol his whole life and has a 4 year old son who keeps him busy outside of work.
