Martin joined Hillcrest in January 2016. He has more then 20 years’ experience in the Public Housing sector looking after the needs of tenants and leaseholders alike. His focus has always been to put the customer at the heart of everything he does and has specialised in customer care and customer engagement. He always looks forward to meeting new stakeholders, whilst managing a wide range of diverse and interesting sites across Bristol. Martin genuinely loves the diverse nature of property management and tackling challenges head on.

Away from the office he loves to play 5-aside football, DIY projects of which he is currently converting an old pigsty into a summer house, walking the family dog and taking his son to rugby and his daughter to the horse!
