Hayley-Jay joined Hillcrest in January 2023 having worked in residential services and estate management since 2011. Through various roles, she has gained a strong background in maintenance, tenancy services and building compliance. Hayley-Jay has completed the IRPM and is continuing her studies in property management.

In her spare time, Hayley-Jay enjoys embroidery, gardening, theatre, and taking care of her pet bunnies.
