Kim Haynes

Senior Maintenance Manager

Kim joined Hillcrest in November 2015 and is the Senior Maintenance Manager for the London and Essex portfolio at Hillcrest. Her role is a varied one, dealing with anything from a leak, to more serious incidents such as fires. As well as dealing with maintenance, she also assists our Property Managers with their legal ‘Section 20’ consultations and insurance claims.

A natural problem solver, she is often found trying to resolve complex issues that arise and sees these through to completion.

Kim is an avid Bristol Rovers fan, and if she isn’t watching the football she can be found watching programs on Australia, where she hopes to move to one day!
