Senior Accounts Manager

Nick has been with Hillcrest since the Bristol office was established in 1985. He is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department. He controls the monies held for each property ensuring efficient management of the accounts. Nick is responsible for a set of properties within the portfolio, preparing the budgets, statements and management accounts for each of these. He also controls the accounts receivable and payable functions and reconcile the bank accounts as well as preparing the papers for the external accountants. He is in charge of the overall accounts payable system as well as making tea every afternoon.

Nick enjoys spending time with his two children on the weekends and is involved with various community activities where he lives.
